Maya Foundation Kaski (MF) is officially registered as non-profit, Social and humanitarian organization which was established in 2018 October 10th to support needy and vulnerable children by providing education, women empowerment and for the protection of environment of our community through a number of project in community.The word “MAYA” itself defines as love, care, support, and motivation, which have to provide for the community. It is committed to the pursuit of excellence in providing different services and facilities to make differences. Community is encouraged to care for and respect others and to be socially responsible. Our holistic approach to education, awareness and other facilities will help in developing the whole community in prosperous way. Maya foundation is social and non-governmental project. Maya Foundation is located at North-East part of Pokhara, where we can reach by bus or walking. It’s a beautiful natural village. Most of the people from Bhalam are engaged in agriculture, beside agriculture people got busy on government sector, business etc. Having quite closer to Pokhara city, it is quite back in development, education, sanitation and right issues. It is growing day by day, with its growing stage there arouse lots of problem, unplanned settlement, Pollution, lack of awareness and not knowing of right are major issues of this areas, so Maya foundation put its stone to support and solve some problem of Bhalam and its areas, Maya Foundation itself cannot solve the problem of this area but we believe we can plant the seed of change, so that it will goes further and spread the words of positive towards change. If we not start today then it will be too late to work in coming days.
At a same time, we team believe that education is the most important factor of change. Education is the key of change and development. Without education it is not possible to plant the seed of change. So our main focus is to provide the quality education to the children, it is not only the education but it’s a practical and life changing alternative education, which will carry by the young champs through our their life and make change to others too.
